Effective solutions start with deeply understanding the problem. This session begins with an Empathy Mapping exercise to explore the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors of key stakeholders, followed by a structured problem-framing activity using “How might we…” statements.
Next, participants engage in hands-on Root Cause Analysis techniques, including Fishbone Diagramming and the “5 Whys,” to systematically uncover underlying issues. The session concludes with dot voting to prioritize the most critical root causes. By the end, participants gain a clear, data-driven understanding of their challenge, setting the stage for meaningful behavior change and actionable solutions.




Human Behavior, Commitment & Change Management
Change isn’t just about solutions—it’s about people. In this session, participants explore the psychology of habit formation and commitment. Using the Habit Loop model (Cue, Routine, Reward), they identify behaviors that reinforce current challenges and strategies for shifting them.
A Commitment Mapping exercise helps pinpoint key stakeholders’ levels of support and resistance, while the ADKAR framework provides a structured approach to managing change. The session wraps up with personal and team-based commitment contracts, ensuring accountability and long-term success.
