The vision of RedShift is to transform individuals, leaders, and organizations through live events, training, and 1-1 coaching that improves in their motivation and capacity to create positive “shifts” in the world.

Experience
I somewhat “accidentally” stepped into entrepreneurship in 2005 with the start of Kenosis Designs in Wake Forest NC. After selling that company in 2010, I had the joy of launching five additional business entities aligning me with clients nationally and internationally. It is hard to believe that it has created 30 years of experience in organizational, leadership and business development.
The driving force behind my ongoing work is guiding individuals, teams, and organizations in the discovery, strategy, and habits that create long-term success in being good humans and healthy leaders. My effectiveness was not born solely from my successes but experiences of failure, difficulty, and personal endurance. I am committed to pursuing lifelong learning, writer, observational poet, closet philosopher, musical artist, and faithful believer.
Background
My name is Glenn, I am a shift agent. What that means is that I use my unique skillset to foster positive change in people and organizations. This journey began in the non-profit sector as a professional musician and creative director designing and creating dozens of events a year. It is there that I cultivated a love for people, strategic planning, and solving the complex problems people and organizations face.
I started my first sales job at 12 and was running a small business at 23. I had been exposed to sales, marketing, advertising, and graphic design. Over the course of time the work became noticed and a “shift” took place.
